Effective in the 16/17 School year, students in grades 7 and 12 are required to have one dose of the following immunizations to remain in school:
SENIORS- MCV4 (Menningococcal) - received after age 16
SEVENTH GRADE- MCV4 (Menningococcal) / TDaP (previously required)
